Refunds & Returns Policy

At Deliver Purpose, Inc., every purchase supports our nonprofit mission of repurposing furniture and delivering purpose back into the community. Because many of our items are donated, gently used, or one-of-a-kind, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with sustainability.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description at the time of purchase.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition received (no further damage, stains, or alterations).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items.

  • Items sold “as-is.”

  • Furniture that has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery/pickup.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

3. Process for Returns

  • Contact us at support@deliverpurpose.org within 7 days of delivery or pickup with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the item and issue.

  • Once approved, you may:

    • Return the item to our warehouse.

    • Schedule a pickup (additional fees may apply).

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In certain cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be considered for items of similar value, depending on inventory availability.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply.

6. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours so we can evaluate and make it right.
